Q:  I have a discount code, how do I use it?

A: Discount codes only work on our website, there is a box to enter them while in the checkout process.

 

Q:  When will my order be shipped?

A: We take 1-3 business days to process all orders.  Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

 

Q:  When will my order arrive?

A:  We provide 2-5 day shipping with tracking via USPS by default.  Upgraded shipping can be purchased to ensure the order arrives in 1-3 business days from shipment

 

Q:  Why does my tracking information not show up?

A:  Tracking information can sometimes take up to 24 hours to update after being shipped.

 

Q:  What kind of vinyl do you use?

A:  We use Oracal 651 outdoor rated vinyl, with a lifespan of 5-6 years.

 

Q:  How do I apply the decal?

A:  To apply decals, first you peel off the wax paper on the back.  Then you take the transfer tape (top layer) and carefully lay one end of it down on a clean surface and use a squeegee/credit card/anything flat and hard to smooth it out as you lay it across the surface.  Then, carefully peel up the transfer tape at a sharp angle to help the vinyl stick to the surface instead of the transfer tape.  You may need to use your fingers to help pull the vinyl off the transfer tape if it is not wanting to stick on the surface very well.

 

Q:  Will you accept returns/exchanges?

A:  We can accept returns and exchanges as long as the buyer pays for return shipping and the item is unused and in acceptable condition to be resold.
